There were 26 members present.<br>Chaplain Kim Smith offered the opening prayer.<br>READING OF THE MINUTES: Adjutant Steve Metheny read minutes from the September 3 rd , 2024, meeting, a correction of the baseball report was made. Post 19 baseball was read as they had won the district. Should have been read as Post 19 won the state.<br>FINANCIAL REPORT: Finance Officer Jeff Parks submitted the financial report, and it was made part of these minutes by attachment.<br>NEW MEMBER OR GUEST: William Amis from Post 36 paid a visit and was thinking about transferring to Post 19.<br>Guest Speaker: None<br>COMMITTEE REPORTS:<br>Baseball Report: No report<br>Veterans Services: Service Officer Dan Pullen was not present.<br>MEMBERSHIP: Adjutant Steven Metheny gave the membership report. Post 19 membership quota for 2025 is 388, 255 have paid, still need 133, the post stands at 63%.<br>SICK CALL: Post members on sick call are Robert P. Norman, Jimmy Hill, William T. Wall, Wayne Roberts, Archie Steen Jr. and Larry Jones, Oscar Crouch, Ray Dye and Jimmy Rogers, Bill Ray, George Jones. Charles Dilahay,<br>Calvin Cheek &amp; Danny Staggs, Art Ankrum.
